Writer Kempachar Kupya passes away
1 min readMysuru: Writer Kempachar Kupya passed away in the city on Thursday. He was 73.
A native of Kupya village in T Narsipur taluk in the district, he was a resident of Sharadadevi Nagar in the city.
Kempachar has various works to his credit in Kannada. The last rites will be conducted at his native Kupya on June 21 at 11 am onwards. He leaves behind his wife and son.
Learning about his death, Suyog Hospital Chairman and writer Dr S P Yoganna, Kannada Sahitya Parishat Mysuru president Dr Y D Rajanna, former presidents N Girigowda, Maddikere Gopal and M Chandrashekar and others paid their last respects.
