Bengaluru: Following the legal notice served by a BJP MLC over the allegations of Rs 2000 crore scam in Covid-19, Opposition Leader in Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah seems to be unperturbed.
However the former chief minister that he is, has turned the tables on BJP.

Siddaramaiah has posted a tweet in Kannada meaning- “By issuing court notice for questioning the irregularities, BJP has made our job easy. We had decided to move court. The documents that they didn’t give us, must be produced at the court. They have to face us in court”.

However it has invited mixed reaction with some of the twitteratis likening Siddaramaiah’s stand with that of AICC leader Rahul Gandhi over Rafale deal who had moved Supreme Court only to be chastised by the apex court. While some have welcomed the move.
However it remains to be seen where will this issue lead to as BJP led State government continues to grapple with increasing cases of Covid-19 and opposition Congress is crying hoarse over all and sundry.
It can be recalled that BJP MLC and general secretary N Ravikumar has served a notice on Siddaramaiah and KPCC President D K Shivakumar through his lawyer A P Pulakeshi.
