Tiger kills 18-year-old youth in Kodagu

Kodagu: A 18-year-old youth was killed by a tiger at Palleri village near Kutta on Sunday night. The deceased has been identified as Chetan.
It is said that Chetan was playing in the estate when the big cat attacked. A native of Panchavalli in Periyapatna taluk in Mysuru district, Chetan had come to Kutta along with his parents to work in an estate. The tiger attacked Chetan and dragged him far and killed him.
Forest officials visited the spot. His body has been shifted Gonikoppalu hospital.
