Take a pledge! Eye donation awareness at Yenepoya

Mangaluru: An eye donation awareness camp was conducted at Yenepoya Medical College and Hospital on September 12.
It was conducted as a part of eye donation awareness fortnight by the departments of opthalmology and MSW.
MSW students performed a theme show on the importance of eye donation.
Dr Rashmi Bhat assistant professor of the department of opthalmology made a presentation on eye donation and do’s and don’ts associated with it.
As many as 100 students attended the programme.
Dr Mohammed Guthigar, HoD of MSW, Dr Vidya Hegde, in-charge, HoD, Opthalmology and Dr Sunitha Saldanha, operation officer were also present.
