Mysuru: K S Mariswamy of Kurbur village in T Narsipur taluk in the district passed away on Monday. He was 87.
Mariswamy is survived by his son Kurbur Shanthakumar President of State Sugarcane Growers Association, Karnataka, family members and a large number of relatives.
The last rites will be conducted at Kurbur on Tuesday. Shanthakumar has appealed to the people to avoid gathering in large numbers for the funeral due to Covid-19 situation and pray for the departed soul from their respective places.
