Sandalwood actor Ganesh served notice to stop construction work at Bandipur

Mysuru: The Bandipur Tiger Reserve Field director Ramesh Kumar has issued notice to Sandalwood actor ‘Golden Star’ Ganesh to stop construction works of his house at the Bandipur Eco Sensitive Zone.
This comes in the wake of media reports highlighting actor taking up construction work at Jakkahalli in Mangala Bandipur Tiger Reserve forest.
The construction was in violation of the forest conservation efforts. Accoridng to the permission given by ESZ monitoring committee, the actor was allowed to build only temporary structure within the five per cent of the total land area. However, works were going on to build a permanent structure. This was in complete violation of the permission.
Bandipur Field director told mediapersons that all the issues presented infront of Chairman of the ESZ monitoring committee. Following its observation, the actor has been served notice besides asking him to stop construction activities on August.
