Mysooru: Journalists B S Harish and Savita B R have been selected for Rotary- Silicon Award for excelllence in journalism.
Harish is a senior journalist and is working as the chief sub-editor of Vijayavani a Kannada daily in Mysuru bureau. Savita is a staff photographer at Prajavani and Deccan Her
ald in Mysuru.
The awards will be conferred by the chief executive of Excel Soft Technologies D Sudhanva in a ceremony organised on April 24 at 6.30 pm at Rotary Hall opposite Mysuru Urban Development Authority ( MUDA) on JLB road in the city.
The award is instituted by Rotary Mysore Midtown and Silicon Controls and is conferred every year on both journalist and a photo journalist.
