PM Modi to inaugurate Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway today: Traffic restrictions imposed

Mysuru: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Gejjalagere in Mandya district to inaugurate Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway on March 12, no vehicles will be allowed on Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway on March 12 from 7 am. However, milk vans and vehicles of other essential services are allowed on the stretch up to 9 am.
In view of the programme, the Mandya traffic police have imposed traffic restrictions and issued traffic diversions.
All vehicles coming from Malvalli can take KM Doddi-Hunnanadoddi, Borapara Gate to reach Maddur and take a left turn that connects Kudurugundi Colony for parking.
All vehicles going from Maddur and surrounding areas, are resquested to take Maddur-IB circle-Malvalli road and go further 04 km and take right turn that connects Kudurugundi colony for parking.
Those coming from Gejjalagere and surrounding villages, can go from Gejjalagere underpass, Sadholalu and reach parking area via Kudurugundi colony.
All vehicles coming from Mandya can take Hankere service road near Gejjalagere village and reach parking lot from Sadolalu Kudurugundi colony via Gejjalagere underpass.
