Organic Jaggery sweetens 84 years celebration of Mandya

Mandya: On the occasion of formation of 84 years of Mandya district, Deputy Commissioner Dr Kumar offered floral tributes to the portrait of erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar on Saturday.
The Deputy Commissioner along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr H L Nagaraj, Joint Director of Agriculture Department Ashok and Assistant Director of Department of Information and Public Relations S H Nirmala and his office staff garlanded the portrait of the late Maharaja, at District Administration office premises.
Organic jaggery was distributed among the gathering on the occasion.
