One-day Corporate Readiness Program for NCC Cadets

Mysuru: The HR and NCC Bridge Program, part of Excelsoft HR Dasara 2023 in collaboration with Kangaroo Care Hospitals, took place at Rotary Mysore, JLB Road.
This one-day Corporate Readiness Program for NCC Cadets, organized by Rotary Mysuru and Mysuru Industries’ HR professionals, was inaugurated by Col. B Sohan Ganapathy, Col. Rohit Thakur, Lt. Col. Hitesh Kala, and Arun Belvadi of Rotary Mysuru.
The program aimed to enhance the corporate skills of Senior NCC cadets, with over 120 cadets in attendance. It included sessions on Soft Skills, Industry Expectations, Corporate Culture, the transition from Campus to Corporate life, Resume Writing, and Interview Preparation.
Expert facilitators included Captain Raghu M Das, Group Captain Dr. Vinay Vittal (Retd.), Haris A W, and Goutham B M. Notable attendees also included Sameer Kshyap, Niveditha Srinivas, Bindu G P, Phaneesh M, and Mithun from NCC Alumni Association, Mysuru.
