Bengaluru: Former Corporator Rekha Kadiresh who was brutally murdered in a broad daylight on Thursday, was the one who allegedly got rid of her husband.
This startling revelation was made by Peter before the police on Saturday.
Peter the second accused in the murder of Rekha was the close aide of Kadiresh. He was acting like a bodyguard of Kadiresh whom he was adoring a lot.
According to the ongoing investigation, “Peter had a grudge against Rekha for getting her husband murdered. It fuelled further after Rekha only arranged for the bail of the accused in Kadiresh’s murder. She was also maintaining a distance from her husband’s close aides. Peter who was building a house was disappointed after she refused to help him financially.”
All these and many more interesting piece of information is learnt to have been revealed by Peter during the enquiry at the police station.
Peter and four others are already arrested in the case.
