MM Hills temple earns Rs 2.53 cr!

Chamarajanagar: The Male Mahadeshwara temple at Male Mahadeshwara Hills near Hanur has earned a record earnings of Rs 2.53 cr.
One of the popular Shiva pilgrimage centres, the MM Hills temple is thronged by devotees from far and wide. The record temple hundi earnings were collected between April 28 and May 29, totally 32 days.
Apart from cash in currency notes and coins, the temple hundi has also earned 65 gm gold and 3.358 kg of silver.
