Man killed in hit-and-run near Bellur cross

Mandya: In a hit-and-run case, a man was killed on the spot near Bellur Cross at Hosalli Pakya Gate in Nagamangala taluk on Monday night.
The deceased remains unidentified according to Bellur policemen who are investigating the case.
The incident came to light when the personnel attached to highway toll came across the body and informed the police station.
The body is kept at the mortuary of AIMS Hospital after performing autopsy. The deceased is suspected to be a destitute.
A case is registered and investigation is on.
