Love and agony! Couple in love attempt suicide near Nanjangud

Mysuru: A couple in love attempted suicide by slashing their throat at Duggahalli village in Nanjangud taluk on Thursday.
Ravi of Kurihundi and Kavya of Duggahalli were in love for the past several years. They belong to different castes and their parents had opposed their marriage.
Depressed over this, the duo are suspected to have taken the extreme step at Kavya’s house.
They were found wailing in pain, when the villagers noticed them.
Hullahalli PSI Surendra rushed to the spot and shifted them to a hospital in Mysuru in an ambulance.
