Mysuru: Congress candidate from Varuna, Siddaramaiah was given a rousing welcome at his native Siddaramanahundi. Villagers showered flowers from JCB on the former chief minister, who will file nomination papers today.
He was accompanied by his family members including daughter-in-law and his grandson who looked all charged up seeing the grand reception that his grandfather was given at his native.
He will face BJP candidate V Somanna.
