G T Devegowda announces political retirement

Mysuru: Former minister and MLA G T Devegowda has announced his political retirement. He will be not contesting elections henceforth.
Gowda who was the higher education minister in the previous Janata Dal ( Secular) and Congress coalition government, has arrived at this decision as he is dejected over the recent political developments in the State.
He has conveyed the similar message to party supremo H D Deve Gowda and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy.
Gowda will be serving the people in the remaining three years term of the assembly.
