Congress leaders, workers perform homa for Siddaramaiah’s victory

Mysuru: Congress workers under the leadership of former Zilla Panchayat President K Marigowda sought divine intervention for the victory of Opposition Leader in Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah in Varuna constituency and becoming the Chief Minister of the State, on Friday.
A homa was organised at Lakshmidevamma Temple at Hosa Kamana Koppal in Yelwal hobli.
The leaders offered poornahuti to the homa, under the guidance of the priest.
Siddaramaiah is fighting a tough battle against V Somanna of BJP in Varuna. Being his last election, Siddaramaiah is keen on winning the election at any cost, as he is also in the race for Chief Ministership.
