Conference on Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) on August 17

Mysuru: Mysore HR Forum and GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women, in collaboration with KATKHI Industrial Association, Nanjangud, and Karnataka TPO Forum, Mysuru, will host a daylong conference on Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) on August 17. The event will be held at the M. Govinda Rao Memorial Hall, GSSSIETW Institute, Metagalli, Mysuru.
There will be an interactive session on understanding POSH Act requirements and employer responsibilities. Besides, a workshop will be held on conducting domestic enquiries under the POSH Act and a panel discussion on “POSH – Social Responsibilities & Challenges” is also scheduled.
Vasantkumar N Hittanagi, a retired Joint Labour Commissioner will share his insights.
The conference is targeted at entrepreneurs, CEOs, HR and IR managers, POSH/ICC Chairpersons and members, advocates, legal advisors, management students, and other relevant stakeholders.
All participants will receive e-Certificates upon completion of the conference.
