BJP scores its maiden victory in K R Pet

Mandya: The BJP has opened its account in JD(S) stronghold in K R Pet Assembly constituency in the district.
K C Narayan Gowda who had contested the by- elections on BJP ticket has won by a margin of 9,000 votes against his nearest rival Devaraj of JD(S).
Gowda had won the same seat for second time in a row on JD(S) ticket in 2018. He has won for the hat-trick time, hoisting the flag of BJP for the first time.
