Actor Malavika Avinash distributes food kits to junior artistes

Mysuru: Sandalwood actor Malavika Avinash has reached out to junior artistes who are going through worst times since lockdown.
On Sunday, she distributed food kits to junior artistes at Vidyashankar Chowltry, here.
In the wake of the lockdown implemented due to Covid 19, the film industry has closed all shooting since three months. This has left many junior artistes jobless. Understanding their plight, Malavika and her supporter Shivu identified such 200 needy families and gave away the kits.
Addressing the artistes, Malavika said it’s been more than two months and the industry has not started working yet. Hope the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce will decide soon on this, she said.
