Over 150 pourakarmika women undergo health check by Narayana Multi-speciality Hospital

Mysuru: Narayana Multi-speciality Hospital in association with Aikhyam Foundation had organised a free health check up camp for women pourakarmikas and Asha workers as part of Women’s Day celebrations.
The camp was conducted at Primary Health Centre, Ashokapuram in the city. Corporators Pallavi Begum and Bhuvaneshwari, medical officer of PHC Dr Devi Anand inaugurated the camp.
Shomika S Rao founder of Ikhyam Foundation explained about the significance of medical check up and the intent behind organising the camp.
Over 150 were benefitted from the camp as they underwent tests for BP, diabetes, ECG and Eco along with hi-tech Pap Smear test.
