Mysuru: The 86th match of the Yuva Kabaddi Summer Edition featured an intense showdown between the Hampi Heroes and the Aravalli Arrows.

Prior to this game, Hampi held the fifth position in the tournament, having won two matches, lost two, and drawn one.

On the other hand, Aravalli occupied the seventh position with just one victory and four defeats.

Hampi started the match with a bang, scoring in the very first raid and setting the tone for the game. Both teams displayed consistent scoring efforts, pushing their scores higher. However, after five minutes, Aravalli seemed to lose their momentum, struggling to gain points while Hampi steadily increased their lead. At halftime, the scores stood at 25-13 in favor of Hampi.

The second half began with great anticipation, as Aravalli had the task of overcoming their deficit. They started off well and scored at a good pace, giving their all to catch up to Hampi’s score. While they managed to slow down Hampi’s scoring rate, they couldn’t surpass their opponents. Despite their efforts, Hampi emerged victorious with a final score of 42-36. Hampi’s balanced performance, highlighted by their strong defense and effective raiding, paved the way for their well-deserved victory.

Aravalli fought valiantly but fell short in their efforts to overcome Hampi’s lead.

Both teams were evenly matched in terms of raiding, securing 22 raid points each. However, it was Hampi’s defense that proved crucial, earning them 16 tackle points compared to Aravalli’s 12. Both teams also executed one all-out each, showcasing their strategic prowess.
