Youth murdered, friend injured in late night hours

Mysuru: A day after the conclusion of Dasara festival, a youth was allegedly murdered near the heart of the city on Thursday night.
The body of 28 year old Sadhakath was found with stab injuries made using a knife.
A three member gang was calling Sadhakath to come out of the house over phone. As he sounded reluctant, the gang called Sadhakath’s friend Hanif to bring him near a gujari near KSRTC Sub-Urban Bus stand on Bengaluru- Nilgiri road.
When Hanif took Sadhakath to the place where they were summoned, the perpetrators attacked Sadakath hacking him to death on the spot. Hanif also suffered injuries in the melee.
Sadhakath who was a resident of Shantinagar was a tailor by occupation.
Lashkar police are questioning Hanif who was also injured during the attack.
