Youth Congress leaders extend moral support to gutsy man who pedalled to Bengaluru

Mysuru: A section of Congress party leaders in the district on Tuesday called on Anand the gutsy man from Ganiganakoppal in T Narsipur taluk in the district who recently pedalled 280 km to bring medicines for his specially abled son from NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
Following media reports including www.mysoorunews.com which had published a story, Congress leaders led by Mohsin Khan former president of Youth Congress district unit extended their moral support to Anand.
They also told Anand that they are ready to help him round the clock, insisting Anand to call them anytime in case of emergency.
Mohsin Khan was accompanied by Bannur Block Youth Congress president Shakeeb Ahmed, youth Congress district secretary Siddaraju and GP members Mahesh, Sunil and others.
The 42-year-old Anand had taken an arduous route of pedalling his bicycle to Bengaluru to bring tablets for his son Bhairesh from NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
