Yaduveer Wadiyar calls on Bishop Bernard Moras

Mysuru: Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, scion of erstwhile royal family of Mysuru and BJP candidate of Mysuru- Kodagu Lok Sabha constituency called on Apostilic Administrator of Mysuru Diocese Bishop Bernard Moras at Sanmargi, the Bishop House in Bannimantap on Monday.
Yaduveer was accompanied by BJP State Minority Wing President Dr Anil Thomas and former Minister S A Ramadas.
During the meeting, Wadiyar interacted with the prominent representatives of Christian community on current issues and received blessings from the Moras.
Following the announcement of his candidature, Yaduveer is going places calling on prominent religious heads and party leaders, seeking their blessings and support respectively in his maiden electoral outing.
On Sunday, Yaduveer visited Adhichunchanagiri Mutt in Nagamangala, Mandya district and sought the blessings of pontiff of the Mutt Dr Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji.
