Yaduveer calls people to observe ‘Earth Hour’

Mysuru: Amidst the Wuhan virus threat, the Scion of Mysuru Royal Family Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar reminded the people to observe “Earth Hour” to create awareness regarding the climate change. 

With the earth hour being observed between 8-30 pm and 9-30 pm, Wadiyar took to social media reminding the people to do their bit for the planet they live in.

Earth Hour is a global event organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature. It is usually held by end of March annually. As part of this event, the households and businesses should turn off their non-essential lights for one hour to create an awareness regarding the climate change.

The royal scion has been advocating people on cleanliness, environment education and saving the Heritage.

He appealed to the residents of Mysuru to contribute for the cause of nature.
