Who will put the cap on loudspeakers in Srirampura?

Mysuru: Myself being a student of Christ College, Srirampura junction, faces this problem and it affects our academics too.

The insensitive use of loud speakers has become quite a nuisance in Srirampura. The most annoying thing is that the use of loud speakers has now became an integral part of almost all celebrations.
Mainly, the students are mostly affected by this as they are not able to be attentive in classrooms. People seem to believe that even private occasions like marriages and birthday parties would be incomplete without the blaring noise of loud speakers.
The worst hit by the improper use of loud speakers are the elderly people and students. Due to the excessive noise, the elderly would have hearing problems and students won’t be able to concentrate on their studies.
It is high time the authorities do something to regulate the use of loud speakers. Hence, through this letter, I request the responsible authorities to take measures to reduce noise pollution in Srirampura.
Thanking You
Yours truly,
Paul Mathew
