Villagers rescue injured deer at a village in Hanur taluk

Chamarajanagar: Villagers rescued an injured deer and handed it over to forest department at Hosadoddi village in Hanur taluk on Wednesday.
The deer was found severely injured by road side near Hosadoddi at around 7.30 PM. It is suspected to be knocked down by a vehicle. The villagers tried to revive its condition as a first aid.
They also informed forest officials attached to Bailur Range, who rushed to the spot and took the animal for further treatment.
