Veerashaiva Mahasabha leaders felicitate new VP and ex- minister Geetha Mahadevaprasad

Mysuru: A delegation of Veerashaiva Mahasabha leaders felicitated former minister Geetha Mahadevaprasad on her nomination as the vice- president of Akhila Bharata Veerashaiva Mahasabha.
The leaders called on Geetha Mahadevaprasad at her house in the city and congratulated the latter for the new role.
According to Lokesh Thumbala member of the national executive committee of the Mahasabha “It’s indeed a matter of pride that a leader from this part of Mysuru and Chamarajanagar districts is considered for the post of Vice- president. Let’s continue to work under the leadership of Geetha Mahadevaprasad by understanding the needs of the community.”
Lokesh has also thanked Mahasabha President Dr Shamanur Shivashankarappa and general secretary Eshwar Khandre for considering the organisational activities of Mysuru and Chamarajanagar districts.
Varuna Mahesh treasurer of State committee, C Guruswamy of State committee, Raghu secretary of youth wing, treasurer of district committee Khandesh, directors of district committee Doora Shivakumar, Lingaraju Hadajana, Nataraj Devalapura, H S Veeresh and Mahadeva Swamy, leaders Channaveerappa and Siddesh, district women’s president Sunanda Palanetra, secretary Geetha Rajashekar, directors Dakshayini, Indira Mahesh and Rajeshwari Mahesh were present.
