Two Congress leaders in dock for ‘speaking ill’ about D K Shivakumar

1 min read

Bengaluru: In a major embarrassment to Congress party, two leaders of the party have been caught on video speaking about various developments in the state with reference to sitting KPCC President D K Shivakumar.

While one of the leaders has been expelled from the party for six years, another has been served notice seeking clarification from KPCC Disciplinary Committee.

Saleem is that Congress leader who has been expelled from the party, while former MP V S Ugrappa has been served notice.

According to the video that has gone viral, the two leaders are found muttering about “per centage increased from eight per cent to 12 per cent referring to D K Shivakumar. Shivakumar is a big scam. If the issue is raised, he (Shivakumar) will also be exposed.”

…if that man has made crores, imagine D K ( Shivakumar)…

While Saleem raises several such points during discussion, Ugrappa is seen acknowledging with a smile nodding his head and at times correcting the former, especially regarding Uppar of Vijayapura.

Ugrappa also claims to have played a role in elevating Shivakumar as KPCC President, but there is no expected performance.
