Two black fungus cases reported in Chamarajanagar! Patients shifted to K R Hospital, Mysuru

Chamarajanagar: Border district Chamarajanagar has also reported two Black fungus cases. The patients have been shifted to K R Hospital, Mysuru for treatment.
A 55-year-old from Kalanahundi in Chamarajanagar taluk earlier admitted in a private hospital and another 60-year-old person from Hangala in Gundlupet taluk, earlier admitted at a Government hospital are those black fungus patients.
They were shifted to Mysuru, as K R Hospital in the ambit of Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC and RI) is among few government facilities in the state identified for treating black fungus.
