Tiny tots dressed as Sri krishna & his consort at JIRSM

Mysuru: Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with the tiny tots dressed as Lord Krishna and his consort Radha and Rukmini at Jnanasarovara International Residential School Mysore (JIRSM), Bannur road in the city on Monday.
 
Chairman of JIRSM Sudhakar Shetty said “Krishna Janmashtami is a sacred worship of Hindus to tell the life story of Krishna to the next generation which needs to start in schools.”

The duty of the teacher in the school is very important, like a mother. Today’s teachers need to become mentors of the next generation by celebrating every religious event in India, stressed Shetty.

Vishwanath Pandey, Principal of Jnana Sarovara International Residential School said that, eighth avatar of Sri Krishna is celebrated as Krishna Janmashtami.
