Tiger kills leopard in Nagarahole Tiger Reserve

Mysuru: A carcass of a leopard was found at Doddahalla Nagarahole Tiger Reserve, on Friday.
Forest officials suspect that the leopard, aged around 9 years, could have been killed by a tiger. Veterinarian Dr Ramesh H who did an autopsy on the leopard confirmed that the leopard was indeed killed by the tiger.
Nagarahole Tiger Reserve Director Harshakumar Chikknaragund, wildlife wardens KN Madappa and Dr CK Thammaiah, Veterinarian Dr Chandrashekar and Nagrahole RFO Mohamemd Jishan and others present during the autopsy.
