Tiger found dead near Hebballa

Mysuru: A tiger was found dead in the backwaters of Hebballa dam in H D Kote taluk in the district on Monday.
The tigress aged about 15 years is suspected to have died due to unnatural causes, but nothing is confirmed yet. The block where the carcass was found is close to the tiger habitat.
It is the third such case in the recent days, as the carcasses of two tigers was found in Nagarahole forest.
One big cat was found dead in Moolehole and another in Periyapatna range. The death in Moolehole is suspected due to territorial fight.
