Teachers Day, Engineers Day celebrated at VVCE

Mysuru: Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), an autonomous institution of the city celebrated Teachers’ Day and Engineers’ day recently.
On this occasion, nine PhD awardees of the institution were felicitated. Prof G Hemanth Kumar, Vice-chancellor, University of Mysore was the chief guest.
Gundappa Gowda, President, Vidyavardhaka Sangha, P Vishwanath, Secretary, VV Sangha, Sri Srishaila Ramannavar, Treasurer, Dr B Sadashive Gowda, Principal, VVCE, deans and heads of the various departments were present, according to Dr S A Mohan Krishna, VVCE, Mysuru.
