Tamil actor Vishal to make Sandalwood debut in 2024

Mysuru: Tamil actor Vishal on Thursday expressed his desire to make a debut in Sandalwood in the year 2024.
Vishal who predominantly works in Tamil, was in the city to promote his forthcoming movie ‘Lati’. The film shot in Tamil is dubbed into South Indian languages including Kannada. It is slated for worldwide release on December 22.
“It is my father’s dream that I must do a Kannada film. So I am planning to enter Sandalwood in 2024”, said Vishal whose father has his roots in Karnataka.
Vishal who is deeply inspired by Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar and his commitment for the underprivileged children of Shaktidama in Mysuru, asserted that “I haven’t got any proper assignment from Dr Rajkumar’s family (who run Shaktidhama under a trust). If I am assigned to do anything, I am ready to work round the clock. Even Prakash Raj has donated an ambulance to Shaktidhama. I am also ready to donate ambulance”.
Lathi movie is releasing worldwide on December 22. The much awaited film is produced by Ramana, with Vishal and Sunaina in lead roles. Vinoth Kumar is the director, with music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
