Suicide pact! Lovers bodies retrieved from Cauvery river

Mysuru: Three days after jumping to death into river Cauvery, the bodies of a couple in love have been recovered on September 12.
Shivakumar, 23 and Ranjitha, 22 had allegedly jumped into the water from Sagarakatte bridge on September 9.
The police along with expert divers had launched a search operation. The bodies were finally recovered about two km away near Ramenahalli.
They were the residents of Vijayanagar in the city.
Yelwal police were investigating the case.
