SP Seema Latker leads Walkathon against drugs in Nanjangud

Mysuru: A walkathon to create awareness against drugs and its Ill effects was taken out in Nanjangud town on Saturday.
SP Seema Latker led the jatha from Srikanteshwara Swamy temple premises in the town to Taluk Stadium, with students from several colleges also participating in the walkathon, organised by Nanjangud Sub-division police.
The main slogan of the walkathon was- Say No to Drugs, Say Yes To Life 2024.
The placards to send the message loud and clear against the harmful effects of substance abuse in both Kannada and English were the highlight of the walkathon.
After reaching Taluk Stadium, a formation ‘No Drugs’ was created, involving students and policemen.
Additional SPs Dr B N Nandini and M Babu, police personnel attached to Nanjangud Sub-division took part in the walkathon.
