Site scam: Justice P N Desai visits MUDA

Mysuru: Justice P N Desai, the retired Karnataka High Court judge and head of One-man Commission constituted to probe into site irregularities at Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), visited MUDA, on Tuesday.
P N Desai’s visit comes amid parallel investigations by the Lokayukta and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) into the scam.
The Commission was constituted in July this year. The visit of Justice Desai assumes significance, with Lokayukta intensifying the probe, with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the Accused 1 in the case, interrogated recently.
