Chamarajanagar: Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah on Tuesday demanded action against Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Rohini V Sindhuri.
Quoting the allegations that the oxygen supply to the district was disrupted due to the deputy commissioner of Mysuru, that caused 24 deaths here, Siddaramaiah said “It is heard that the deputy commissioner of Mysuru insisted the supplier (of Oxygen) to meet the demand of Mysuru district, before honouring the demand of other districts. If it is found true that the deputy commissioner of Mysuru took an arbitrary decision, action should be initiated against her.”
It is accepted that the Covid patients admitted in Mysuru also need oxygen, but we can’t ignore the similar demand from other districts, Siddaramaiah said.
