Shun personal fight, pay attention to people’s problems: AAP Youth President Mukund Gowda

Mysuru: MLA Sa Ra Mahesh along with several corporators, had been targeting Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhoori for some time, but now even MP Pratap Simha has become vocal.
Though initially it appeared as a fight between the Legislative and the Executive, one IAS officer making serious allegations against another IAS officer and walking out has come as a shock.
If MCC Commissioner Shilpa Nag had been under undue pressure, she could have complained to the higher ups or even to the Chief Secretary or gone on leave or got a transfer but resigning from IAS is a bit too much. There is no guarantee that others will not come under pressure with this move. The matter should have been sorted out right in the beginning and not allowed to reach such a state, says Mukund Gowda, President of State Youth Wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
We do not know how many more lives will be lost in their personal fight during a raging pandemic but it should not have happened to Mysoreans during the second wave of Covid-19.
Mukund Gowda insisted that the district incharge minister should not make diversionary statements and order an enquiry into the real issues behind this fight to find out scams or executive lapses at the earliest, Mukund Gowda stated.
