1 min readMysuru: Shivaji Surathkal-2 that went on floors in Mysuru promises to be more thrilling than its prequel.
Actor Ramesh Aravind who is essaying the lead role spoke to media persons in the city on Thursday.
Buoyed by the overwhelming response received for Shivaji Surathkal-1, the film crew is shooting for the flick at a heritage house in the City of Palaces, near Lalit Mahal.
Ramesh said “It will be more different than the part-1, as many challenging cases will be solved here too. The prequel was also shot here and the roads and buildings here came out well on screen”.
It has been 30 years for my journey in the industry, beginning from Geethapriya directorial Mounageethe. The fans haven’t let me down as they continue to shower their love like before and I am always indebted to them, said Ramesh.
Akash Srivatsa the director of the film called it a matter of extreme happiness that “Ramesh Aravind was conferred honorary doctorate by Rani Channamma University, Belagavi”.
The teaser of Shivaji Surathkal-2 was also released recently and the response is uber good, said Akash.
Actress Radhika of ‘Rangitharanga’ fame, multilingual actor Nasser and producer Anoop Gowda were present.
