1 min read

Mysuru: Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) has demanded a stern action within the ambit of law against pro-Hindu activists in the State.

On Monday SDPI national general Secretary Abdul Majeed told media persons, “Dharmendra a pro-Hindu organisation activist made a statement about the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. It is highly condemned and the state government should take stringent action against him,” he said.

Besides, an Urdu newspaper reporter has been assaulted in Mysuru during protest. With this incident, the arrogance and intolerance of Sangh Parivar is established. Police should file a case under IPC 307 (attempt to murder case) against Pro-Hindu activists who assaulted the Urdu scribe, said Majeed.
