Rs four lakh worth valuables stolen; uncle the suspect

Mysuru: Valuables worth Rs 4.10 lakh have been stolen from a house at Yashwanth Nagar near Highway Circle in the city.
Girish the complainant has suspected the handiwork of his maternal uncle Erappa. Erappa came to Girish’s house on the night of January 13 and stayed overnight. Following day at about 6 am, Erappa was not seen at the house. At about 7 am, when Girish’s mother Chandramma opened the almirah, 150 grams of gold ornaments and an iPhone was missing.
In his complaint to Mandi police, Girish has expressed doubts on his uncle behind the theft.
