Rs 10 lakh lifted from a car in V V Puram

Mysuru: Thieves have decamped with jewelry worth Rs 10 lakh from a car at VV Puram in the city.
Manoj Kumar a jeweller from Periyapatna had kept a bag with cash in the car. However the unidentified miscreants broke opened the window of the car before lifting the bag.
Manoj had parked the car and had gone to a bank on some work. He learnt about the theft after returning to the car.
Upon receiving the information, VV Puram Police rushed to the spot and have started the investigation.
