Rowdy-sheeter makes threat call to realtor from jail

Mysuru: Mysuru known as the Cultural City, is facing questions about the safety of residents after a realtor, reported threats from a notorious criminal currently in jail.
Rajendra Rao, a resident of Hebbal and a real estate dealer, filed a complaint against rowdy-sheeters , realtor Chandrashekar, rowdy-sheeter Manjesh, his accomplices Anil and Suresh alias Thilak, alleging they had threatened him and demanded Rs 40 lakh. Rao has also requested police protection.
Rao’s complaint stems from a real estate transaction involving Chandrashekar and another individual, Mahadevu.
Rao had previously thrice given Rs 27 lakh to Chandrashekar as part of a deal. However, Chandrashekar later confronted Rao with rowdy-sheeters, demanding an additional Rs 40 lakh. During this confrontation, Manjesh, who called from jail and issued further threats, leaving Rao shocked and concerned for his safety.
Following the threats, Rao approached the Hebbal Police Station, filed a formal complaint against Manjesh, Chandrashekar, Anil, Suresh, and others, and sought security measures to protect his family.
