River rafting goes awry! Mysuru youth escapes from jaws of death at Dandeli

Dandeli: In an exemplary incident a youth from Mysuru escaped from the jaws of death while river rafting at Kali River.
Dandeli in Uttara Kannada is a most prominent place for water sports particularly the nine kilometre rafting.
A group of 20 youths had recently gone to Dandeli. They were rafting when 26-year-old Sudarshan from Agrahara in Mysuru slipped from the boat. However he held on to the boat and the crew rescued him in time.
Shocked Sudarshan and friends rested for sometime at Dandeli before returning to Mysuru.
