Rain affected to get NDRF aid: MP

Mysooru: Following the heavy rainfall that poured misery on parts of rural side, Mysuru- Kodagu MP Pratap Simha visted the affected areas on Wednesday.
The MP accompanied by various officials inspected the damages at Hunasegala in Hunsur taluk in the district. Following the copious rain on Tuesday, country tiled roof of most of the houses in the village were damaged and trees uprooted besides damaging electric poles. Standing crops are also damaged.
The MP has promised to extend relief to compensate for the losses under national disaster relief fund ( NDRF).
