Railway personnel introduced to Yogasana

Mysuru: Divisional Railway Manager, South Western Railway, Mysuru division Aparna Garg on Friday opined that ‘ The practice of Yogasana helps the people in maintaining equillibrium and equanimity’.
Garg who was addressing hundreds of railway officials on account of International Yoga Day, at Railway sports ground, read out the message of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Garg exuded confidence that ‘Yoga will be accepted by the people in large numbers in the future, considering enormous and holistic health benefits of Yogasana’.
Over 300 personnel attended the hour long Yoga session, during which basic asanas were taught according to the common protocol fixed for the day.
Yoga teacher Raghu from Yoga Aradhana Kendra conducted the session and also informed the participants about the importance of Yogasana, according to Dr Satish senior divisional operations Manager, SWR, Mysuru division.
