Prof N K Lokanath new Vice-chancellor of University of Mysore
1 min readMysuru: Prof N K Lokanath has been appointed as the new Vice-chancellor of University of Mysore.
Lokanath took charge from acting VC Prof Muzaffar H Assadi in the evening.
Under secretary to the Governor M Nagaraja issued a notification on Thursday about the appointment of Lokanath the Director of Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation Board, University of Mysore as the new Vice-chancellor.
Prof H Rajashekhar had been appointed as the acting Vice chancellor after then VC Prof G Hemantha Kumar completed his tenure on November 15, 2022.
Recently Prof Muzaffar H Assadi had been appointed as acting VC.
